Online Ordering

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, TASK has been rapidly enhancing our Online Ordering solution to better facilitate contactless ordering across all our client’s markets.

Point

  • You can now choose to display a members phone number on a receipt. This is configurable from xchangefusion.
  • Menu key authorization enhancements to allow skipping password entry popup if configured as such
  • End of Day Resets can now be run with zero totals as intended

Fusion

  • Users can now search for Members by their Mobile Number in the Members module
  • We have added the ability to search by barcode number in the Stocktake module
  • We have improved the readability of the barcodes from the Stock Transfer printout, which should make them easier to scan
  • Users can now clear override pricing in the Menu Flow Settings > Reporting module
  • Resolved an issue that could cause Product Notes not to save correctly
  • Stock Transfers ‘From’ and ‘To’ location is now populating all products on printout as intended
  • Tax is applying correctly for figure input to the Freight, Discount & Misc fields in the Invoice module
  • Resolved an intermittent issue that could cause the Daily Cash Up report to not return data for the previous day
  • Setting a voucher schedule to ‘Always Available’ will no longer cause an error in 19.10+
  • Searching for products in the ‘Add Stocktake’ action in the Stocktakes module is now working as intended
  • Resolved an issue that could cause the ‘Clear’ function in Keypad Designer to not clear all images, colors and fonts from the selected key
  • Using the ‘Amount to Return’ field in the Products module will now export the correct number of products
  • Resolved a UI overlapping issue that could occur on the Wages module when viewed on a small sized browser
  • Changing an assigned location for a template then committing a save is now saving all intended data in the Wages module
  • Resolved an issue that could cause saving issues when unassigning a Tax Schema from a Venue in the Taxation module
  • Enhanced the logging for Purchase Orders

Portal

  • Resolved an issue that could cause Cash Deposits to not open correctly
  • Resolved an intermittent issue that could cause the Daily Cash Up report to not return data for the previous day

API

  • Improved the error messaging on the GET Vouchers end point
  • We have improved the speed & performance of all Menu Flow calls
  • Added the ability for clerks ‘Is Active’ & ‘Primary Labour Role ID’ to be updated via the API from CrunchTime
  • The CrunchTime driven GET GuestChecks now splits out location data in a more obvious manner

Net

  • The sender email address for the auto email console will now display the configured sender address as intended

Database

  • PDF records are deleted as intended from TerminalDataStreamingRecords after being saved to PDFFileStorage
