• Enhanced Menu Flow Configuration: TOLO 9.1 introduces significant improvements to menu flow flexibility, allowing businesses to create more dynamic and personalised ordering journeys.
  • Product-based menu flow navigation enables customers to be guided through different menu paths based on their selections, creating more intelligent ordering experiences.
  • Menu Flows now support products that contain recipes, enabling more complex product configurations and expanding menu design possibilities.
• Loyalty & Rewards Enhancements: We’ve expanded loyalty capabilities to help operators drive engagement and increase member participation.
  • Added native support for Discount Dollars, enabling members to redeem their available loyalty balances as part of the online ordering and checkout experience.
  • Loyalty Call Out tiles can now be displayed to guests, helping promote membership benefits and encouraging account registration.
• Sign in with Apple: To provide a faster and more secure authentication experience, TOLO now supports Apple Sign In.
  • Customers can register and log in using their Apple account, reducing friction during account creation and sign-in.

User Experience Improvements

• Improved Mobile Navigation: The mobile ordering experience has been refined to make navigation more intuitive.
  • Back button behaviour on mobile devices has been improved, ensuring customers return to the previous menu level rather than being redirected to the TOLO home page.
• Improved Menu Branding & Accessibility: Additional menu presentation options provide greater control over visual branding and readability.
  • Operators can now replace menu header images with custom background colours, improving text visibility and supporting brand-specific styling requirements.
