- Stripe Terminal support (S700 & S710): TASK POS Mobile now supports Stripe as a payment provider, running natively on Stripe’s S700 and S710 handheld readers. Clerks can take card-present payments and process full or partial refunds directly on the device, with all payment operations securely managed through the TASK platform. And because Stripe readers are built for mobile and roving sales scenarios with no built-in printer, the integration includes digital receipts via an on-screen QR code.
Improvements
- Migration to .NET 9 and MAUI: The entire application has been migrated from Xamarin to .NET MAUI, running on .NET 9. This move to Microsoft’s modern app platform ensures long-term support, delivers improved performance and stability, and provides a future-proof foundation for upcoming features — all while preserving the functionality you already rely on.
- Refreshed typography: POS Mobile features an updated font set across the entire application, bringing the app in line with our latest designs and delivering a cleaner, more readable interface on every screen.
