Mobile Order and Pay

New Features

  • Order delivery: This software version enhances order delivery with seamless integration between TASK Mobile Order and Pay application and delivery platforms. The mobile application now syncs orders with the delivery service and validates the delivery address before order confirmation. Users can select delivery, save addresses for faster checkout, and track their order status in the application.
  • TASK wallet: You can now use the TASK wallet through the application for the following:
    • Pay for an order
    • Top up the wallet with credit card
  • Notify on arrival: You can now notify the store of your exact pickup lane or bay, ensuring the information updates on the kitchen management system. This feature helps streamline order preparation and keeps you informed about your estimated pickup time.
  • Order Preparation time: You can now set and configure preparation times for selected menu items to ensure timely order deliveries. The system displays estimated preparation and pickup times, improving order management and customer experience.
  • Application update: You can now prompt users to update the application to the latest version to access new features and enhancements in the application.

Enhancements

  • Payment request: Orders now remain visible even if the application crashes during payment processing, ensuring confirmation and preventing duplicate payments. Additionally, you can remove the Order Payment Failed tile from the Home Page for a cleaner and more streamlined interface.
  • Surcharge application: You can now define and apply surcharges on specific days and menu items without altering the base pricing, ensuring flexible pricing adjustments.
  • Application image management: You can now add and update images on the application’s landing pages, allowing you to refresh visuals and enhance the user experience.
  • User behaviour: You can monitor user behaviour through Facebook integration with the mobile application, providing insights into user choices and conversions. This enhancement enables a more personalized experience by optimizing the application to better meet user needs.
  • Virtual Brand visibility: You can now monitor the visibility of configured Virtual Brands in the system. This feature helps simplify the dashboard view and reduce clutter.
