New Features

  • Rewards: The enhanced rewards feature now allows users to easily view and redeem various types of rewards, such as: 
    • Sale discounts 
    • Item discounts 
    • Menu flow rewards.  

      Users can access and apply rewards from the location view, cart, checkout, and member profile. The system ensures rewards are only redeemable in valid contexts and provides clear feedback for successful or restricted redemptions.
       
  • Nutritional information: We have added support for detailed nutrition and allergen information across all products and menu flows. You can now store and display nutritional claims, dietary tags, and allergen data to ensure customers receive accurate information. 
    Default nutritional data can be set for each product and menu flow, and it is automatically included when items are added to the cart. 
  • Member discount: You can now automatically apply your member discount when you log in and order online. The cart and checkout page recalculate prices and display the discount when you place your order. 
  • Multiple payment methods: You can now use multiple payment types during checkout. Combine TASK Wallet with debit or credit cards in a single order, giving customers greater flexibility and convenience when completing their purchase. 
  • Multiple favourite stores: You can now save multiple stores as favourites. All favourite locations appear as a list of tiles for easy access. This feature lets you order from any store you prefer, with no limit on the number of favourite locations. 
  • Order pickup: The I’m here feature allows the customers to notify the store when they arrive, and staff receive alerts on their systems. This helps staff prepare orders promptly and reduces wait times. The feature is configurable by order type and application, giving stores flexibility to enable it where it fits best.  

Enhancements

  • Order Disclaimer enhancements: You can now display disclaimers for specific order types, such as holiday orders. This feature helps communicate important information to users. 

    Example: The meals may arrive cold and require reheating. 

    Disclaimers can appear: 
    • When users enter location details
    • On the checkout page

  • Account charging enhancements: We have added support for multiple accounts to charge from in TOLO. Admins can now set custom usage and reset rules for each account. You can manage team credits that reset per event and track owner’s prepaid balances with per event limits and overrides. 
  • Store contact information: You can now display each store location Manager’s name, phone number, and email address prominently on the online ordering platform menu. This makes it easy to find the contact details the user is looking for.
