Task Retail Technology (TASK) today announced it has been contracted by Spark Arena in June 2021 to deploy the transaction management platform throughout the venue. Spark Arena was in a challenging position, encumbered with an older legacy platform that needed replacing in a short time frame. After a detailed due diligence process the executive made the decision to deploy the TASK solution, which was implemented in record time across the venue.

The platform has provided tangible benefits with an uplift in efficiencies, transaction speed and guest experience enhancements. The Arena focussed in on the transaction and integrated EFTPOS as a starting point and are now actively deploying additional modules, including real time inventory control and integrations via the TASK API.
